National Data Center software based on SNDA software ((c) SYNAPSE Science Center) is installed at Russian MOD facility in Dubna, Moscow region. The software provides most of seismic processing implemented in IDC of CTBTO, Vienna (www.ctbto.org). The software is hosted at Sun Fire servers, Sun Ultra and Linux workstations. Data from CTBTO small aperture arrays and single 3-component seismic stations in CD1.0 format are processed in real-time, in conjunction with phase and detection lists delivered from CTBTO. 6 months later Russia NDC upgrade was done. Since that time both CD1.0 and CD1.1 formats are in real-time processing. Data is coming from IMS stations and from National Seismic Network.

In 2005 NDC software extension development started. SNDA will comprise infrasound and magnetic data processing coming in real-time as CD1.1. IMS standard infrasound algorithms are implemented within the software as well as original data processing procedures developed at SYNAPSE. Magnetometric data processing is based on the proprietary math schemes.
